Names identify provider brands; regions are broad descriptions, not guarantees that all processing or support access occurs exclusively there. Agreed residency restrictions remain binding. Required details of contracting entities, processing countries and transfer safeguards are available through dpo@unprompted.app.
Under DPA Section 5.2, AI, embedding, search and LLM providers we engage to process Business Customer Data must be contractually prohibited from using it to train or improve their AI models. Services separately contracted by a customer are governed by that customer's arrangements and are not our Subprocessors merely because they connect through MCP.
Customers may register a notice address using the form below. We send at least ten (10) business days' advance written notice of added or replacement Subprocessors to that address or, if none is registered, the customer's designated privacy or account email. Customers must keep their contact details current. Objections and resolution are governed by DPA Section 5.3. Routine model or API changes within authorized processing and transfer arrangements do not require separate notice unless required under the DPA or applicable law.
